Dr. Sertac Doganay

Dr. Sertaç Doğanay is a speaker, broadcaster, and event designer specializing in technology communication, sustainability communication, and networking. A graduate of Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, he held leadership roles in brand management, corporate communications, and marketing throughout his ten-year career in the pharmaceutical industry. He is the first professional in Turkey to be awarded the LinkedIn Top Voice distinction — a title given to only 4,000 global thought leaders among more than 1 billion LinkedIn users worldwide.He was also the first person in Turkey to host a LinkedIn Live broadcast. Since 2021, the content he shares through his “Sustainable World” and “Technology & Innovation” channels on LinkedIn and via WhatsApp bulletin groups has reached millions of people every month. Between 2013 and 2018, he lectured on Digital Marketing Communication in the MBA program at Yeditepe University, and between 2019 and 2020, he taught Technology Communication at Kadir Has University.He currently serves as a board member of the Boğaziçi University Social Media Research Center (Social Media Lab) and as an advisory board member of the Boğaziçi University Cybersecurity Center. He also contributes as an advisory board member to organizations including PERYÖN, KAGİDER, REPMAN, TEGEP, ÖSGD, and the Turkish Corporate Social Responsibility Association, and is a member of Yanındayız Association. On LinkedIn, Dr. Doğanay shares the latest trends in technology and business with his community of over 240,000 followers, while also inspiring professionals in personal branding, networking, and community building. In September 2025, he founded Trends & Friends, a professional network platform that brings together visionary leaders through events focused on vision, leadership, and connection.
