Speaker Profile

Gökhan is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP). He is the first CCXP in Turkey, one of the 1300 in the world. He is founder and leads the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) Istanbul Network since 2018. Also he was a Board Member from 2020 to 2023 at CXPA, which has 4000 members from 70 countries. He’s a jury member and chair of  judges in prestigious customer experience awards such as International CX Awards, UK CX Awards and European Customer Experience Awards. He is the chairperson of Turkey CX Awards since 2021.

He’s the winner of “2019 CX Impact Awards” and selected as “2019 Top 25 CX Leader of The Year”, “2020 Top 150 Global Thought Leader and Influencer” and “2022 & 2023 Top 10 CX Influencers”. He worked as a CX practitioner in Telecom, Banking and Energy sectors for 10 years. After corporate life, he worked for Pisano from 2020 February to 2023 October. Currently, he works as Customer Experience Trainer and Senior Consultant at Voxal Consulting. He attended international CX summits in London, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Berlin and Vienna as a keynote speaker. He writes articles for Harvard Business Review Turkey, CX Magazine and CX Network. He is a part time lecturer at MEF University and gives Customer Experience Management course since 2020 for bachelor and MBA students. He posted a CX course on Udemy in 2022 and reached more than 600 students in one year. Also, he’s a director at Customer Institute. He’s an international keynote speaker and gives trainings and consultancy to compaines for better customer experiences. He has more than 13 thousand followers on Linkedin.
