Speaker Profile

Ihsan Elgin, in 2018, launched Finberg within Fibabanka and subsequently took on the establishment and management of various funds following its impressive performance. He is responsible for overseeing more than 30 investments with a total investment volume of over $45 million across three distinct funds.

As the founder of Core Strateji, he leads the transformation of entrepreneurship within large corporations. He also holds a position on the board of directors at İş Girişim and FinTech Istanbul, a prominent community and organization in the fintech sector.

Furthermore, Elgin serves as a Rektor Advisor at Özyeğin University and maintains a regular writing presence in Fast Company Türkiye and Business Leaders Startup magazines.
