Productivity in Business with Generative Artificial Intelligence
Creativity with Generative AI
Risks and Threats of Generative AI, Ethics and Responsibility
Oya Geron is a thought leader, consultant, trainer, and speaker working at the intersection of human, leadership, and organizational transformation in the age of artificial intelligence. Her focus is on how generative AI is adopted by organizations, how it is made sense of, and how it is transformed into co-production with humans. She began her career in sales at Procter & Gamble. She then specialized in brand, communication, and customer experience strategies, working with leading brands across different sectors for approximately a decade. She served as Customer Experience Strategist at Turkcell and Customer Experience Manager at HSBC UK, experiencing firsthand how transformation is designed and implemented within large and complex organizations. In 2023, she left corporate life and founded Reshape Change Experience Design, continuing her work in the United Kingdom. Oya Geron works with senior executives and leadership teams to help organizations position generative AI not merely as an individual productivity tool, but as a strategic transformation domain that redefines the way of working between humans and technology. To date, she has worked with over 4,000 professionals, from high-potential talents to C-level leaders, and has delivered training and speeches on generative AI adoption, leadership, culture, and change management to numerous global and local brands—from banking to insurance, retail to FMCG, telecom to pharmaceuticals. What distinguishes Oya Geron is that she approaches artificial intelligence not simply as a technology or productivity issue, but as a socio-technical transformation domain that reveals human assumptions, decision-making patterns, power relations, and leadership reflexes. In her work, she focuses not on what AI "does," but on the mode of thinking and production it creates when working alongside humans. She defines this approach through the co-intelligence framework. Deepening this perspective academically, Oya Geron is one of only 65 people worldwide accepted to the MSt in AI Ethics and Society programme at the University of Cambridge and Homerton College for the 2025–2027 term. She has completed the University of Cambridge Human–AI Interaction programme; is a CAITL™ Certified AI Transformation Leader and CCMP™ Certified Change Management Professional. She is also a graduate of the Cornell University Women's Entrepreneurship Program. She speaks at international conferences, writes for Inc. Magazine and various publications, and shares a human-centered transformation perspective for the AI age with over 70,000 people on social media. Oya Geron's work converges on one fundamental question: In the age of artificial intelligence, how can organizations create genuine and sustainable value while keeping humans at the center?
